How to make an appointment as a not signed in OxyCity user?
1.Open the patient platform https://oxycity.be/en.
2.Search the healthcare provider with who you want to make an appointment.
3.The search results of the healthcare provider show the Make appointment button. Click on this button.
4.Select at the top the treatment type for which you want to make an appointment (physiotherapy, osteopathy ...).
5.Select thereafter the requested office (if the healthcare institution has several offices).
6.Select thereafter the date on which and the agenda of the healthcare provider with who you want to make an appointment (if there are several agendas for this treatment type).
7.The hours during which the healthcare provider is still available are retrieved.
8.Select the starting hour for your appointment and click at the bottom on OK to confirm the appointment request.
9.Enter your first name, surname, email address and national social security number to be able to make an appointment with the healthcare provider.
10.If the healthcare finds it necessary, you will first be asked to accept the office conditions and the privacy statement. Click in the box next to I declare that I agree with the above terms and conditions to be able to make your appointment.
11.Click subsequently on OK at the bottom.
If you want to cancel the appointment anyway, click on the red cross at the left hand-side of the data of the appointment.
According to the healthcare provider, after being confirmed, your appointment will be added immediately under the widget My appointments in your profile page or first, an appointment message will be sent to the healthcare provider that can confirm the appointment.
12.If a message pops up mentioning that an appointment message was sent to the healthcare provider, click in the message on OK to confirm the appointment.
➢If the healthcare provider registers your appointment, the appointment data appear in the appointment overview under the widget My appointments in your profile page.
➢If the healthcare provider refuses your appointment, you will receive a refusal message that appears under the widget My messages in your profile page or an email.
